STUDY AYURVEDA

Comprehensive Ayurvedic Education

The secret to getting ahead is getting started.
                                                  Mark Twain

A revolution is shaking up the healthcare industry, and if you care about your health, and that of your loved ones, it’s time you wake up and joined in too. Don't gamble with your health.

Ayurveda, the science of life, is a 5,000 year old Indian system of healing at the level of mind, body and spirit, and is the revolution that is now shaking up the world of powerlessness and dependence on drugs and medication.

Not only does Ayurveda give you natural and powerful solutions to your problems, it also prescribes the most effective ways to proactively prevent ill-health and build immunity by instructing you about how to live a balanced lifestyle, become more in-tune with nature and her cycles, to create dramatic shifts in your overall wellbeing. If you have an interest in wellness, becoming a healer, or you just want to improve your own health, Ayurveda provides sustainable solutions.

By learning more about Ayurveda, you will learn how to use it to help yourself, your clients and patients, and your students.

What is Ayurveda? How can it realy transform your life?

Ayurveda literally means the 'knowledge of life', is a sister science to Yoga. It is the science and practice of living in harmony with the universe, the seasons, nature, and yourself, in order to achieve and maintain quality health and sustained wellbeing. Ayurveda and Yoga may be thousands of years old, but our planet needs it now more than ever. 80% of the food available to us is genetically modified, there are 75,000 artificial chemicals in our food and household items, harmful effects of medication, the preventable deaths from medical errors, and the crushing stress, negativity and isolation that makes up so much of our modern living experience. Ayurveda and yoga have reversed many of these illnesses and restored wellbeing to billions of people.

Developed since 1500BC, this ancient science is built on solid theoretical and experiential foundations which provide a profound understanding of the physical and biological laws that govern human physiology, and the application of these principles to self and others with a combined academic and self-healing approach in wellness education.

Ayurveda has the most comprehensive knowledge of nutritional health and works with nature's medicines, plants and other natural substances, energetics, right food combinations, frequency, right preparation, seasonal effects, lifestyle guidelines, dietary principles and suggestions on how they can be used specifically to affect healing at physical, mental and spiritual levels, and for different types of people. You can support your own healing and growth one step at a time. Likewise, Ayurveda also has the most comprehensive application of nutritional treatment of diseases.

FIND A JOB YOU LOVE AND YOU'LL NEVER WORK A DAY IN YOUR LIFE.

There comes a time in everyone’s life when they have to make a choice. For some, that time comes at an earlier age, while for others, it comes a little later in life. But no matter who you are or what you do, you’ll eventually have to make a choice.

A lot of the time in life, we allow circumstances and “necessities” to dictate our decisions, choices, and actions in life. Rather than picking the perfect profession and getting all the proper training and pursuing it with passion, most of us made the decision to just ‘get a job.’

Perhaps you had to help support your family, or perhaps you were told that it was the ‘responsible’ thing to do, or you were just felt pressured into doing something that you didn’t love, but you needed the money.  Thus you end ed up in a job or career that helped solve the “necessity” but not one that fulfills your soul.

This is the choice that everyone eventually has to make in life: ‘Am I going to live a life of passion and purpose, or am I going to continue working a job that leaves me unsatisfied at the end of the day, wanting more?’

Every single person, at one point or another, has to make this decision in his or her life. Unfortunately, many choose to stay unhappy and unfulfilled. They just continue allowing circumstances to dictate their decisions, rather than doing what’s right for their soul.

And then you have the brave ones, the bold ones, the courageous ones that take a deep breathe, clinch their fists and choose to go for it. In spite of all the fear, uncertainty, and the unknown, these brave souls took the chance and simply “went for it.” And you can usually spot these people pretty easily because they’re happy, they’re not complaining about their jobs all the time, and they’re passionate.

So, let me ask you, what will you decide?

Are you doing what you love? or are you still working a job? Do you want something more? Something new? To make a difference in people's lives everyday? something that has you excited to wake up in the morning and satisfied at the end of the day? something that changes lives? Yoga and Ayurveda may be exactly what you are searching for. If health - physical, mental and spiritual, and helping others  - is the first love of your life, and is something that will fulfill you everyday, taking up this study will change your life forever. From A to Z… A is for Ayurveda, You become the medicine you practice and will feel blessed to be able to share your knowledge and do so many things in life that you may not have the opportunity to do and we are really excited to show you how to live the 'easy' life and have it all. If you’re not fulfilled in your career and if you want more from life.

If you’re not happy with your job and you’re ready to be courageous. Then I encourage you to be one of the brave ones, the bold ones. I encourage you to come here and learn more today. You’ll be glad you did :-)

8.    STRESS MANAGEMENT
Ayurveda and the Mind $1550
Your attention is a like a beam of energy and it affects whatever it is focused on. When your inner energy is disturbed by stress, imbalance lifestyle, mental blockage and so on, your body and life starts reflecting what’s underneath it onto the outside. If it's affecting your body, you'll start seeing bad signs on your skin or organs. If it's affecting your mind, you'll notice disappointments or failures in your life. But by connecting and raisingy our inner energy, you can actually heal quickly.

Most people spend more money on what they put on their head than they do in it. Yet it's what you've got in your head (or, more specifically, your subconscious mind) that is ultimately responsible for how your whole life turns out. Your subconscious, filled with ideas, images and beliefs of abundance leads to an abundant, wealthy, happy life full of opportunities and possibilities. Whereas, a subconscious filled with ideas, images and beliefs of lack leads to a life full of limitation, hopelessness and limited supply.

If you have problems with focus, ADD, anxiety, depression, addictions, obsessiveness, anger or memory problems, the study and practie of yoga and Ayurveda may completely change your life. It can help save your relationships, optimise school or work performance, and help you fight off anxiety and depression. Improve mood, focus, memory and overall success by optimising the physical (improve blood flow to the prefrontal cortex, the most human part of the brain) and emotional function of your mind and your life
