Shanti Gowans is a yogi who has been a spiritual guide to students from around the world for over four decades. Even though Shantiji now resides on the Gold Coast, she returns to Melbourne to conduct mentoring sessions of gentle, holistic yoga, breathwork, meditation practice and philosophy.
You can benefit from journeying with Shantiji through her eclectic teachings of the wisdom practices in her fusion of East and West. Complex Yogic, Vedic and Buddhist philosophy, practices and awareness become surprisingly simple, fun, easy and do-able. You will become the beneficiary of these authentic, nourishing, wholistic practices, which are based on decades of wisdom and experience, taught with a healthy dose of lightness, tenderness, commitment and playfulness. However, yoga is not just about 'doing', it's about immersing yourself in the profound presence that emanates from a master yogi.
