Weekend getaways are Time Out Breaks
Your weekend starts on a Friday evening, after dusk, and ends on Sunday afternoon, after lunch. This will be a weekend well spent. 
In just one weekend of being, you would experience a whole new set of simple-to-master life skills that could change the trajectory and the quality of your life for good. You will be able to use these practices to live the next years of your life differently.

  for two nights at Nirvana Wellness Retreat in twin share or single room, with shared facilities
6 delicious, home cooked Ayurvedic vegetarian meals made from local produce
   Enjoy a lovely hot Ayurvedic dinner on Friday evening when you arrive,
   2 delicious and nourishing Ayurvedic breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday,
   2 scrumptuous Ayurvedic lunches, which are the main meals of the day, on Saturday and Sunday,
   A soup supper on Saturday night, prepared by our Ayurvedic practitioner and helpers.
Daily gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation

Body, Mind and Spirit Retreats

This is a place of wordless relationship with nature and the human spirit. In terms of spiritual refreshment, intellectual and emotional stimulation, Australian vitality and the peace, and repose of a great rural estate, Nirvana Wellness Sanctuary offers an exceptional setting for radical wellbeing. The environment exudes a sense of the wholeness of life and provides the context for a deep and potentially transformative learning experience. Here you will find rejuvenation and often, new direction. You will find that you have touched a source of inspiration and are reminded that there are others who share their deepest values about life and its meaning.
Meet others with similar goals in an atmosphere that brings out the best in you. Celebrate your own special events to make them special occasions. Ordinary events become extraordinary experiences. A vibrant hub of laughter, creativity and conversation is experienced in communal areas such as kitchen, dining room, media and meeting rooms, gardens and breakout areas. 

Typical Retreat Schedule. Timings are approximate

Day 1, Day of Arrival

5pm onwards            Arrive. Register. Be orientated. Settle in.
                                  Come up to the kitchen and be part of the loving ritual
                                  of preparing and sharing food together.
                                  When everyone feels involved, it's a real family meal.
6:30pm                      Delicious Ayurvedic Dinner.
8:00pm                      Guided Mindfulness Meditation and Breathing (pranayama)

Day 2 and ongoing

                                  Optional constitutional to the water tanks or past the chicken coop to the van.
7am                           Dawn water with lemon, ginger and a sliver of aloe vera - available in dining area.
7.30am                      Daily practice: Morning meditation and/or Gentle Yoga
8.30am                      Delicious and nourishing Ayurvedic communal breakfast. Followed by personal time
10.30am                    Group relaxed activities on offer, such as Mindful Art OR Gentle Yoga OR Walk and Talk,  
                                  OR Swim OR Touch the Earth OR Health Talk OR Philosophy Talk
12.30pm                    Scrumptuous Ayurvedic communal Lunch, followed by personal time
2pm                           Deep, conscious relaxation (yoga nidra)
3.15pm                      Massages and Treatments start. Personal Time. 
6pm                           Meditation or Yoga or Chanting or Discussion 
7.00pm                      Light supper.
8.00pm                      Meditation OR Spiritual movie

Day of Departure

7.30am                       Mindful movement, Gentle Yoga or Meditation

11.30pm                     Gentle Yoga or Debrief.
1pm                            Scrumptuous Ayurvedic communal Lunch.
 2.30pm                      Pack up and leave the mountain.
